Sock it to me

This is the story of a little sock that keeps growing. I know, I know, it takes me a lot longer than most to get a project done. But to be fair, I am in the process of restoring my beloved sailboat Banana Wind . And since the writer/photographer in me cannot possibly do anything without documentation, I had to start another blog for it. But socks will be important come our long New England winters and I am most determined to master this sub category of my favorite craft. I love the self striping yarn and fancy little smocking pattern.  And I’ve only had to restart the project once (smh). I can see why sock knitting is so addictive.
